TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms govern purchases made through the PrimeGadget online stores. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms, the Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy.

3. Products and availability

Product images and graphics are illustrative. Colours, proportions and personalisation results may show technical variations compatible with the materials and production processes used. Availability is updated periodically but may change before final confirmation. If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer to agree a replacement, change or refund.

4. Orders

Automatic receipt of an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. The contract is concluded when PrimeGadget accepts and confirms the order. We may suspend or refuse an order because of invalid payment details, an obviously incorrect price, quantities incompatible with production minimums, unavailable products, artwork that cannot be produced technically, or suspected abuse, fraud or unlawful conduct. The customer will be informed and any sums collected will be refunded.

5. Personalisation and content rights

The customer warrants that they hold the rights required to use any logos, trademarks, text, images and other content supplied for personalisation. The customer authorises PrimeGadget and its suppliers to use that content solely to prepare, manufacture and deliver the order. PrimeGadget may refuse unlawful, offensive, misleading content or content that may infringe third-party rights.

6. Artwork approval

Where required, artwork must be approved before production begins. Production times run from artwork approval and payment confirmation.

7. Prices and payment

Prices, taxes, shipping charges and any applicable fees are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Payment must be completed using one of the methods available at checkout.

8. Production and delivery

Times shown are estimates and may vary according to quantity, personalisation, artwork approval, product availability, destination and carrier. Delays do not remove any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

9. Returns and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy. Personalised products may no longer be cancelled after artwork approval or once production has started.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. PrimeGadget is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control.
